We navigate together with the brand owner to maximize the distribution in the markets and build brand equity with customized marketing strategies.
Marius leads the EU office and ensures the European business reaches its full potential. Responsible for the company’s strategic development he works together with the team to identify business opportunities, implement strategies and ensures that day to day operations supports the company business objectives.
Supply Chain Manager
Øystein handles the Supply Chain for the European Business. Through forecasting, long and short term planning he secures optimal stock levels on all active brands. Setting up and handling logistic partners on freight and warehousing in our European markets.
Commercial Director Scandic Beauty
Hilde is overall responsible for building and developing the Scandic markets. The business area includes strategic sales and marketing teams in Fredrikstad, Stockholm and Copenhagen. All the major beauty chains in Norway, Sweden and Denmark is present in the portfolio and the local sales and marketing teams work closely with the retailers to maximize the potential in the markets. Further, Hilde is responsible for implementing the strategies in the business area and is a part of the management team.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO Frode is responsible for driving the company’s financial planning. He also performs risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
Sales Support Manager
Kristine leads the Sales Support department and ensures orders and product registrations are handled in a timely and satisfactory manner. She is responsible for maintaining close communication with customers throughout all steps of order fulfillment and works closely with the sales team to streamline the entire sales process.
Assistant Sales Manager
Hege leads the Nordic Sales department in addition to being responsible for our key accounts in Norway. Her task is to ensure successful cooperation internally in the Sales department but also their relationship with our other departments. She is responsible for securing that internal processes and projects are maintained and implemented in line with corporate strategies.
Anders Torvanger Hansen
Commerical Manager Grocery and Discount
Anders leads the Grocery and Discount department. He is responsible for sales and distribution of products and brands with a unique value and function into the retail landscape. The objective is to be a challenger within the trade through understanding the needs of our customers and in that way be the right solution for category growth.
Morten leads the warehouse in Norway and manages all outbound logistics. His team makes sure all deliveries are made according to our customers’ expectations. He is also responsible for handling local logistic partners and for our IT solutions.
